Cancellations

Pineappleist Co. accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
Purchasers must cover the cost of return shipping & handling.
Returned items must be in original or equivalent packaging.
Returned items will be refunded in full at the listed sale price. This does not include the original cost of shipping & handling.
Pineappleist Co. will refund returned items within two business days of request.
We do not offer store credit or exchanges on any returned items.
No refunds will be given for items that are not returned.

We currently ship exclusively within Ontario via Canada Post.
We charge a $20 flat rate, but if our actual shipping costs are less than $20, we will refund you the difference.

We love local pickup!
Email us to schedule a pickup time (Tues-Thurs & Sat, 1100-1600), OR we’ll phone you when your order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of fulfillment to avoid monthly storage fees.

We use recycled/reused/scavenged packaging materials as much as possible, so please expect weird packaging.
You can return your empty packaging to us and we'll re-use it again (as long as it retains its structural integrity).
And don’t worry, we will shred anything we find that has personal info on it, because we're paranoid on your behalf!

Donations made through Ko-fi are used to fund the operating costs of the Pineappleist Artist Collective.
For example, your donation may be used to offset the cost of maintaining our website, or to purchase art supplies.

When you visit our site, your data is automatically collected via Squarespace Analytics.
We also collect your contact information (if you provide it) in order to communicate with you, and to send your orders out to you.
Confidentiality is important to us, and your data is only accessed by trusted persons within Pineappleist Co.
We never share your data externally.
